Recommended Use or Purpose: Muscle Ice helps relieve tired, aching muscles, tendons and ligaments. Provides temporary relief of muscle and joint pain resulting from backache, lumbago, strains, bruises, sprains and arthritic or rheumatic pain.
Directions: Apply a thin layer to the affected area and massage into skin. Repeat as necessary. Do not exceed 4 applications per day.
